License Agreement for INFINITE SOUND LAB Packs

The license granted for the use of INFINITE SOUND LAB Packs is non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, and subject to revocation. This license permits the use of the sound packs under the following terms and conditions:

Usage Rights

The license authorizes the creation of derivative works based on the sound packs, which may be utilized for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. These works can include, but are not limited to, live performances, recorded music, and multimedia projects.

Modifications

Users are permitted to modify the sound packs, adapting them as necessary to fit the requirements of their projects, within the bounds of this agreement.

Ownership and Restrictions

The rights to use the sound packs or Soundbanks are granted solely to the original purchaser. The license is non-transferable, meaning the purchaser cannot sell, share, or otherwise distribute the sound packs or license to another party. Only the original purchaser is authorized to incorporate these products into derivative works.

Compatibility

INFINITE SOUND LAB packs are compatible with both Mac and PC platforms and can be seamlessly integrated with any virtual software instrument (VST), ensuring wide applicability across various digital audio workstations (DAWs).
